Staff is very professional and friendly. The put the residence first. There is a very aggressive, fun, activity schedule for residents to participate in. There are weekly day trips for those who want to get out. Three meals A day. The monthly activity calendar is distributed to all and they are posted everywhere as well as the weekly meal menu. My Dad is having a fantastic experience at Chestnut Ridge! [name removed] has been so incredibly kind and helpful getting him settled, and all of the staff there are wonderful! I’m so grateful we found Chestnut Ridge and can’t express how nice the facility is and how truly caring the staff are! We’re so grateful!
My mother has extreme dementia to the point where being at home with my dad became no longer feasible. If you are reading this you probably know what I’m talking about. The people at Chestnut Ridge Wallingford take fantastic care of Mom, treat her with dignity and are more attentive than I would have ever imagined. The bottom line is these people truly care about their patients and their families.
This facility is very welcoming, friendly, clean, and respectful I have a resident there and they make sure they cater to her needs they also make sure that every resident is involved in activities and just so joyful no matter what time of the day it is

I like living here, it's clean, and the apartments are large. I have been living here for 3 years and this is my final place that I call home. I like how quiet it is, nice environment. The residents are nice too.

The place very nice and clean. The staff are very nice. The food is very good and lots of activities.
Chestnut Ridge has been a godsend for my mother who has dementia. Everyone on the staff goes above and beyond to make sure all the residents are healthy, fed and happy 24/7. The staff is constantly on the floors and instantly available.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. They have a lot activities daily!
As stated above, physical therapy was the best part. The CEO and head of Nursing were very friendly and tried to be accommodating but were not able to adequately address many concerns we had. Therefore, we moved our family member to another facility.
